Got this in an email today from CIGNA:
There are very few changes to the Cigna ACA medical plans and network for 2016, however a decision was made to de-emphasize sales of the Silver and Gold medal level plans this year and as a result the commission level for those plans has been changed to 0% in GA. This change only affects the ACA medical plans in GA. I realize that this greatly reduces the desire and opportunity for brokers to sell Cigna's medical plans.
Why sell anything? "greatly reduces" is putting it mildly.
