Cigna Spousal Discount when Wife is T65 in June?

Anyone know the answer to this? Husband 67, wife 64, turning 65 in June. Do they both apply with the spousal discount even though the wife is not technically on the plan until June?

Was on hold for 2 hours with Cigna and then got disconnected trying to get the answer. Thanks.

I've never thought about it, With any company. I just applied with HHD in these cases and never had an issue, I have not tried with Cigna yet, I would guess if Eapp lets you, Then you could do it

By all means sign them up for the spousal discount now. I'm pretty sure that both discounts will take place in June, when her policy takes effect.
