I was having issues explaining Anthem only offered HMOs and mainly enrolling Indiana clients with Assurant and Humana for their PPO networks. From what I've been told UnitedHealthOne is going to have competetive rates to complement their stronger PPO network.
Were you using PHPNI or any of the smaller carriers?
