Cincinnati Market

You can also go to City-Data.com - Stats about all US cities - real estate, relocation info, crime, house prices, cost of living, races, home value estimator, recent sales, income, photos, schools, maps, weather, neighborhoods, and more and really filter out the good FE demographic data you want.

That can be helpful when you're selecting your lead areas especially when setting up a fixed lead program!

The Census Bureau is another great resource. Also, one of the things I look at population statistics. They can project anticipated growth in particular age groups in counties, states, etc. based upon their censuses.

I worked the Cinci market for years before moving to St Louis and selling only by phone. It was great! Its a hot bed for Western and Southern policies, so most prospects dont know what they have and are visited by different agents over the years due to turnover with the company.

Hamilton County is also a great MA county.

I'm in Cincinnati/Hamilton County. What is MA? (sorry, newbie)
