CNA Group Plan Vs. Individual LTC

Hello,

Details he told me:

Male, 54, health is possibly a preferred. Has a CNA group plan through Oracle.

$100 a month premium, $300 a day, 5 year pool, 90 day deductible, no inflation. Covers Home & nursing care.

Could add 5% compound inflation for $170 more a month.

*Seems like I can't beat the plan, but maybe I'm missing something?

Anybody know more details on this plan or where I could find more?

Any competitive advantages I might have with individual LTC?
