Co Pay Stacking with MAPD

I was in a meeting with a carrier and they said they do not copay stack. One copay on top of another for example when they go into hospital as an outpatient. Does any one know of another carrier that does not stack their co-pays? Carrier was Aetna.

IP charges have always been been bundled as one co payment per day on MA plans.This is the key benefit of MA over original medicare.OP surgery charges for physicians are usually bundled as one charge as well however providers will sometimes balance bill even though its in violation of their contract with MA plan.

Well outpatient wouldn't be a per day copay because it's less than a day. But he is referring to stacking an outpatient X-ray plus MRI for example.
