Cold Calling Consumers

Great question. This is from personal experience. The chances of actions escalating to the point where the person from the DNC is reporting you for cold calling them is incredibly low. Chances are they'll say "please remove my number," that's if they do answer.

Plus, people from the DNC list might even forget that they're on the list in the first place. How many times have you clicked unsubscribe from an email list, and they go ahead and continue sending you emails anyways? You tend to forget that you even clicked unsubscribe in the first place.

With all of that being said, I do recommend that you DON'T call those numbers on the DNC list.
You avoid any issues by not calling in the first place.

They're not good prospects anyways. I guess the main point I'm trying to get across is that the likelihood of getting burned, because of this is not high at all.
