Cold Calling MPI/FE Question

Neither Mr. or Mrs. Jones will think you are a friend if you call them Mr. or Mrs.

Call them by their first name!

When they call I usually know it is not a friend (don't have that many) and I really hate it when someone who sounds like they are the age of my grandkids calling me by my first name as if they are lifelong friends..
