Collaboration of IMO"S/GA etc... for Higher COMP

Hello Everyone, I am aware but have forgotten the names of organizations that use the method of Collaboration of IMO"S/GA etc... as a way to group their production together for higher life and annuity compensation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I;m looking more specifically for higher Symetra Life (IUL/GUL) Comp.
