Colonial Penn Med Supp Rate Guarantee?

Hello all,
Does anyone know if Colonial Penn has a 12 month rate lock? I'm looking around for an underwriting guide but since I am not contracted with them I can't seem to find it. Meeting with a potential client who has a Medicare Supplement through them. Thanks!

If they are they are locked into an overpriced rate anyway. Replace it.

No, they don't. The agents tell customers that, because they get confused between Issue age, and rate lock.

I heard a good one the other day where they were handed a rate guarantee saying their rate will NEVER increase. Told them they'd have to be on the lowest rate Plan F for like 10 years assuming 4% increases every year just to get close.

They tend to have the lowest Plan N rates in much of CA. And some of the highest Plan F rates.
