Colorado Requires Commission Disclosure

Not here in VA they don't...at least they didn't when I bought my house a few months ago...unless I missed something.

But you get the general idea

Commission disclosure during AEP will be interesting. You could send out an amended commission disclosure every week and even when it was over you still may have to amend it again.

I don't even see the talking points. Commissions are set by the carrier - not the agent. There's also no correlation between commissions and the quality of the product.

Now that would be different

I think this is good. In fact, I think all salaried employees should disclose their salary each time they talk with me and all hourly workers should too. This should include everyone from my doctors and lawyers to my garbage man. Even the kids school teachers.

We should all know what each other is making.

It is a drunk squirrel. Real squirrels don't drink milk, we leave that for Jeff Gordon. ;)
