Commercial X-Dates Database

I'm a new P&C Agent and do both personal and commercial lines. X-Dates in conjunction with a decision makers name and contact info is critical. I don't mind cold calling to get this detail however it takes ton's of time. Is there anyone that has partnered with someone that already has a database, used a company to gather this detail, etc?

Am I correct in thinking that once you have this detail and place it into a database management system that it becomes as simple as working your system from there forward? This database with the detail for my area would be priceless which may also be the reason I can't find it but I'm willing to create hire someone to create it.

This is specifically for commercial lines. I realized I wasn't clear on that.

Go to www.datalister.com. You can get a list of businesses by county and the renewal date for their Work Comp insurance. Most companies renew their other lines the same time the WC renews. I've used Datalister for a few years and they are pretty accurate on the renewal dates. You have to pay for the list.
