Commerical Property -- Business Interruption/Income

I'm getting into Commercial Property Insurance and wanted to know what tools people use or experiences you've had with calculating the amount for Business Interruption/Income coverage. I find it difficult and time consuming. Thank you!

I'm attaching one of my carrier's forms that I use. Much easier when the company offers the blanket 12 or 24 month ALS. !
