Commissions on Group Life Conversions

I am trying to get a feel for how much different insurance companies pay in commission for Group Life Insurance Conversion policies. (ie Group Term Policy converted to Individual whole life - without underwriting). I work with MetLife and know what they pay, but wonder what other companies pay in commission/
