Compare IULs Offered by North American and Transamerica

Can someone highlight the key differences that are worth mentioning? I need to know these because some of the people I met were exposed to Transamerica's products through World Financial Group, but had not heard of NA in the past.

If you understand IUL and know enough about it to sell it properly then an agent should be able to make their own comparisons by running an illustration on both.
If you dont know how to do this then it is all a moot point because you should not sell the product...
