Compensation Question

sounds like you are doing 18k a month not annualizing the 6 month. Are you helping with the life to keep the agency at 10% so the agent can give you all the first year? That pay is generous. Now are you getting charge backs? Now part of an annual bonus might be nice. If the agency isn't getting one. Then it's not like the owner is getting rich off this scenario. Go look around every agency pays different.
 
I think if you are happy in your work environment you should ask for some residual income before sending out resumes. At least give a good boss the chance to consider it.
