The list of major insurance companies LEAVING Florida in the past 2 years is almost mind-boggling when you consider how important they were pre-ACA: Assurant United Healthcare/Golden Rule Humana All that's really left is Florida Blue and some regional HMOs for 2017 with possibly Cigna coming back with an EPO with no OON benefits.
