Compliance Issues with Advertising my Services for Upcoming OEP

I am thinking of putting a small add in one of my local newspapers for this upcoming 2015 OEP Enrollment period offering my agency's and my services.
Does anyone know if there are any CMS Compliance issues / regulations with advertising in such a way?

Need help with your health insurance options this year navagating the Public and Private Health Insurance Exchanges ? Please contact ______.

Have you earned your ffm certification?

Yes was certified for 2014 plan year and re-certified and completed everything for 2015 over the July-4th weekend for the Federal Marketplaces.

Just wondering if there are strict guidelines as to what can be put in an ad because while also being certified for Medicare Advantage etc there are strict guidelines with CMS regarding any advertising and marketing regarding Medicare Products such as Med Adv.
I have not seen much if any guidence or compliance information regarding the Federal Marketplace's or the ACA however.
