I was talking to a friend who is licensed in both RE and PC.
He mentioned that there is a conflict of interest when selling both PC and RE "when" 50% or more of your pc biz, comes from your own RE sales.
Sounds Plausible...Any truth to this?
PS. If you are trying to get Realtors to send you biz, i would think having an RE lic. would make most of them paranoid (as this group is already paranoid of loosing their comm.).
