I would like to know who are the best carries to get contracted thru here in pa if anyone can help I would be thrilled.

I believe that depends on what you will be selling. If it is individual medical you may wish to reconsider though it is a jumping off point. If you are adding other lines (life, disability, etc.) there would be others to consider. A good GA will be best to help you.
