New to the forum and I think it's an excellent resource! I've been diving through countless threads to learn as much as I can about topics I needed to learn more about. I'm relatively new to the insurance world and have been writing primarily auto policies. I work for a broker here in CA who is absolutely awesome, but not too familiar with contractors general liability. It just so happens I have a large network of contractors who are asking me to help them get GL policies in place. We recently got an appointment with BTIS, but does anybody have suggestions on companies worth getting appointed with.
Most of the people I'll be dealing with are relatively smaller operations. They want 1 mill - 2mill aggregate. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciate. And I apologize in advance if I placed this in the wrong location.
