Conversations (formerly PM - Private Messages)

Hello,
There seems to be some confusion in regards to what was known as a PM (private message) in the old forum.

They are now called Conversations and may be found on the Inbox tab of the top-right navigation bar.

In order to make it easier to private contact a member, I added a feature which allows you to quickly open a new conversation (send a PM) with members in various locations.

Under the avatar:


On the member card:


On the Profile page:

Also pay attention to the profile post area, because that is not a PM box. It is for a public post, which allows someone to express their short opinion, thoughts, ask a question outside forum topics etc..

You can't, because it's one of the core forum settings.
There are the threads for public messages and then conversations for private messages.

Ha! Wrong! I just found this:

Go to "privacy" then Edit your Contact Details and UNCHECK "Start Conversations with You".

How do you delete conversations?

I was able to check box them but can't find the delete button.

You just "leave" conversations and that'll delete them.
