Allows you to quickly and easily record a short video from your home computer or smart phone.
Discovered it after I filled out a request-for-info webform and the recipient sent me back a custom video answering my questions.
It was an extremely cool feeling getting back a custom-response from the person, and figured it would be equally neat in b2c arenas like ours where customer contact begins or is transmitted via the internet.
