If they have been first diagnosed 2-years or more and use only inhalers they are level/prefered.
If they use a nebulizor and/or have been first diagnosed within the past 2-years its graded.
The app says diagnosed not FIRST diagnosed. But their underwriters say to read it as first diagnosed.
