Couple Questions About FBL/Trinity

I have been only using them for about a month but I have wrote a good amount of business with them, so far.
I know the qualifications for the trip are 70,000, my questions are:

1. Is there anything on the portal showing AP? Or do you keep track yourself?
2. Do they go by Monthly premium x 12 or their annual rate?
3. Are they good with changing flights if you want to stay in Hawaii later?

1) At the end of each month they will send you an email telling you your progress on winning the trip

2) I believe they go by issue paid premium
