Coverage for infusion therapy?

Have a client with a condition where he wants HOME infusion therapy. Has a traditional supplement with a part D drug plan. What is the easiest way of seeing how he can get the drug covered at HOME?

I had home infusions for 4 weeks after a 2 week hospital stay in August I h ad to be set up with home health care and a nurse came and showed me and my wife how to do it. She showed up every Monday for 4 weeks and a couple other times to take blood, it was covered under Part D. But it was antibiotics don't know if that make a difference.
