Hey everyone, I'm currently in the process of getting my insurance license and I had a question regarding creating a website/business name as a contractor. If I call a lead from a quote from my future website and refer to myself as a business would I get in any sort of trouble? Do I have to go through the hoops of registering myself as a business or is it okay? I used to own a website selling items once before and never got in any sort of trouble. I know there's a lot of laws for commerce and for insurance and I don't want to get in any sort of trouble. I live in Tennessee if that helps.
