I have a client that has a couple of policies with LSW that have the living benefit riders on them. He had a heart attack a couple months ago, and we have just gone through the process for a critical illness claim.
I have to say that I am very impressed with their service on this...LSW/National Life has done a GREAT job. Very fast, very effecient. And the payout options offered to him were simply quite staggering - considering the policies have been in force about a year and a half.
This is my first time processing a critical illness claim so I have no experience to compare to, but I don't know how it could get any better. Kudos to LSW/National Life!
