I have a 51 yr old Diabetic no meds under control with meds been diabetic for 20 yrs height and weight fine non-smoker any ideas what the best CI for him

No Meds but diabetes is under control with meds? Most diabetics, if type 2, have cholesterol, HBP, metformin, and some other medications. The diabetes alone is what drives rates

Not only that, he was diagnosed at age 31.. That makes most companies nervous..

Correction diabetes is under control without meds. He doesn't take meds at all
