CRM What is Everyone Using?

I currently use ACT but I have not found it to be the best with running the reports I need. An agency I used to work for used a system called GBS which ran every report I needed. I called GBS and it will not work on Ipads or any Apple system and they told me they have no intention of it ever working on Apple products. I need a new CRM. What is everyone finding is working best? I write mostly Med Supp and Final expense.
 
How did you customize Zoho for insurance?

I found it very confusing.

What sort of customizing are you trying to do? I set up our previous Salesforce account and set up the Zoho account as well. I found both to be pretty straight forward. If anything Zoho was easier.
 
The best CRM is like the best life insurance. It is the one that you have in force when you need it. WL, term, ul, it doesn't matter. The best CRM is the one you use. It is a personal choice... I use radius and it is super simple with all the functionality I need.
