Cross sell Med Adv to FE clients

assuming all my final expense clients are hmo clients as well.. when do you do a call to see if they are in the correct plan? get them money back.. etc??

I find August 20th as the best day to sell. But only if its on a Friday, like this year. You'll hear CNN in the background and know their bored.

If you're talking about only low income fe clients, then you can call on them just about anytime, because most are getting at the very least pdp assistance, and can change when they feel like it.
