    Here's the bad news:

    1. ANTHEM CT filed rates with NO commissions. Filing higher rate increases including commissions won't happen. Will this effect other Anthem states?

    2. With shrinking markets in many states down to 1-3 carriers, who don't want the losing business, will be leaning towards not paying commission.

i know it's a state based exchange, and won't affect many here on this board, but have you ever heard of the "cockroach" theory?

Let them set up an enrollment line to India.
It will be the same people that call me from Microsoft that tell me there's a problem with my computer

I doubt this will happen in Florida for 2017, Florida Blue has already told their GAs it's business as usual regarding comp and others, like Molina and AvMed, are still paying comp for SEPs so are going to continue next year.

I think it might be time for these reservations in AZ and NM to get into the healthcare business just like they did the casino businesses and hotel industry.

Hey Lujan the Democrat in NM.
Your rates will increase to 80% it's not a "might"
Soon to be the only state where nobody can buy any insurance.
But the medicine man still does exist in your neck of the woods. And that is the truth for sure.

Ever looked at the carve out for native Americans? It is always open enrollment, lower cost, etc, etc.
