Cyber Insurance Only?

A company contacted me today looking for cyber insurance only. They run web sites and mobile apps. The companies which I currently work with only do P & C with a cyber insurance rider. Does anyone know of any companies which offer Cyber only? There's no physical location, all web/mobile, so P & C seems redundant.
