DBA : Doing Business As ? Im Confused !

hi ,
Im a new P C agent trying to apply for Progressive , safeco , access.
At the DBA : what should i fill out ?
do I need to register DBA then fill it out , how much is the fee ? (does it really need) Where to do it online ?

Please kindly help , im very confused!

DBA is only necessary if registering a business in your state. Filing a DBA here in DE is about $100, if I remember correctly. Not necessary to obtain carrier appointments. When in doubt, always follow the K.I.S.S method.
