Humana HI215 plan is my favorite plan. Only con is that there is not a ton of providers, its an HMO. No maximums or waiting period. Preventive covered. $14.99 per month. All procedures have a set fee so you know what you are going to be paying out.

Yeah but that plan pays you like what, $1.50/mo? No incentive to sell it.

I've sold the UCT plan once, but not real confident that it pays claims well enough. Have always been reluctant on indemnity plans

UCT and Medico both pay good commission, but many clients realize quickly that they are usually not worth it.

I personally like Assurant Health for Dental, I have it for my family.

I use Anthem and sometimes UHC. Not the cheapest but customers seem satisfied.
