In case you missed it, below is the Broker Blast that went out last Thursday afternoon. It includes important information that should explain why your KS & MO clients are receiving termination letters this week. Within the blast, there is a link to Producer World where you can view sample letters your clients are receiving.
To summarize and provide additional detail, we will be terming ALL KS & MO individual business 12/31/16. Members who wish to remain with Coventry in 2017 will need to reapply using a paper application during the open enrollment period. We will be offering a very limited product portfolio in 2017 and rates will be available through Producer World on 11/1/16. This limited portfolio has not been released as we are still waiting on approval from the states. Commission structure for 2017 has also not been approved as of yet.
