I know that UHC does not allow cold calling, even for med supps. My question is, do they consider a direct mail campaign cold calling? This is for med supps only. I know I can't do it for MA. Thanks.

Why can't you direct mail for ma? How else would you market to them besides the web?

Sorry, didn't state that my question well. I am specifically talking about UHC. From what I understand, no cold calling at all. Wondering if they consider DM as cold calling.
Direct Mail is not cold calling. So DM works just fine for either MA or Med Supps.
