DNC question

An off shore center forwards me a lead for fe.. but their number is on the dnc list.. I dont call them because of this.. if the person calls me back.. does that mean I have made no violation?? .etc..??

call center is now using blacklist.. says it is more accurate even if a number shows on dnc. they can still be ok if it shows ok on blacklist??

Be careful that you don't get "Black Listed" for calling people on the DNC List.

Lets say an off shore calls a dnc number.. the dnc wants a fe policy... I dont call them bec they are on dnc.. if they call me and we do the deal.. am I in dnc violation??

If they initiate the call, you're ok.
