I want to bring my agency up to the 21st century and start using eSignature, especially for applications that are taken over the phone.

Do most Life Insurance companies accept eSignatures these days? Or is it on a case-by-case basis. I was thinking of using DocuSign or InsureSign or even Adobe Acrobat if it has this feature.

Thanks in advance for your help. It would also help if I could spell. I dod go to public school in Kalifornia :)

Both DocuSign and EchoSign (now Adobe Sign) have this feature to embed signature field in the forms. Link of the document can be sent to the end user who will click to open the document and can sign it. End user will not need to login to sign the document. Not only this, inputs entered to the document by end user can be received on submit by backend process and can be saved in your AMS or CRM that you are using. PDF documents (like ACORD forms) can also be edited (in mass) to embed signature field in them. Write to me if you need help with this.
