The house is for sale and we're shopping for a motor home bus. We'll live everywhere but have residence in Florida, no income tax. This is where we will winter anyway. I plan on just working AEP and vacationing the rest of the year.

That's a good idea.
Work hard for a couple months and enjoy retirement the rest of the year.
Maybe, spent some time in mexico and live like a king for a month or 2 during the winter months ...
