Doctors and Medicare Are the times a-changing?

What's with the $682 per day for OM + Medigap?
They obviously must be referring to the Medigap plan that pays 50% of the $1,364 Part A deductible, except that it's pretty weird for them to use Plans K or M in their estimate.

If they really want to be fair, use HDF and show $2300 per day OOP . . . with an asterisk . . .
