It is common, but you'll usually be on much lower contracts than normal if the company is paying the full price for the leads. Remember, nothing is free and so-called "free" leads are very expensive to the agent.

Okay, so getting "quality" leads is not as common as getting leads. It may actually be close to non-existent! LOL
