Hello,

Does anyone know of a carrier that writes agents that are involved in self funded plans or for brokers that write hard to place coverage? I also write some medical professional and Contractors Pollution Liability.

Any advice would be appreciated....

Go to your State BIG I and talk with them. Most of the State Programs have a carrier that will underwrite it.

Also, call MARSH they have a program too.

Called my local and they did not seem to excited. I'm waiting to hear back from a few other carriers as well.

Found three different places to get the coverage at quite reasonable pricing. As long as your not involved in the TPA activities there are markets. If anyone runs into this, feel free to contact me and I will help you.

Ok, so I ended up with quotes from two different wholesalers and my local IIAB. The one that gave me the most options was Insurance By Design, Errors and Omissions Insurance, Insurance Agent, Liability Insurance Coverage, Texas, California, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri "Insurance By Design" his name is Mike. Awesome to work with. Now comes the fun part of reading policy forms all weekend! Yipiee. If anyone ever runs into this shoot me an email.
