My suggestion to you and to anyone buying E & O coverage is to read the policy before you buy and know what you are buying. Is it going to protect you in case of a claim.

You never know what E & O Insurance costs until you have a claim. It is your assets that you are buying insurance to protect. Is cheap the best way to go?

I believe it is the best coverage for the best price.

I have been asked to find an occurrence based E&O policy for the L&H broker I work for. Even with a refined Google search every lead I follow seems to be claims-based. Is occurrence-based E&O even offered for this field?
