E&O Needed

Any recommendations as to where I can purchase an agency E&O policy? We will be doing life, health and fixed annuities. In addition, we will be looking to do personal lines P&C at some point in the future, but not initially.

My agency will have 1099's as well as W2 employees. We do not want to have to get separate certificates of insurance for all of these 1099's and W2's

We rather be able to list each producer under an addendum to the policy. However, we want the insurance carriers to except this as proof of E&O coverage for each producer.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

go to eoforless.com, they have a good plan. Make sure that it cover's your employee's though. If not check with calsurance.com

I recommend trying calsurance. We have used them for our group.

I looked at E&O for less a while back. I passed because you can't write over the road truckers!
