That may very well be. However until, or unless, OP obtains and posts additional information, the potential client has had medical examination, is stated NOT to have cancer, does not mention polyps and is being prescribed flomax (presumably for flow issues).

It is one thing to say something like: "It is regrettable but an insurance carrier will not issue insurance for someone with that PSA level, even if they don't have cancer" and entirely another thing to say "remove the prostate and be done with it" (even if you don't have cancer and your health insurance wont pay for it).
