End of Month Bill Chasing - Systems Down

Ok, so it's a short month, OFF exchange have 30 day grace, and it seems carriers systems are down, or don't have the data to confirm PAID THRU DATES:

UHC - system down, can anybody log in right now?

Humana - paid thru dates all show "NA"

Aetna - hopeless

Can someone please verify they are showing the same at UHC & Humana?

Can't rewrite/replace lost business, and don't even have a fighting chance to manage your book to keep it on the books.

UHC is down, called agent services 3 hours ago, they confirmed it and said try again in an hour-it still isn't working

UHC now up, I did have to do a password reset to get in

For OFF exchange Humana biz, there IS a "paid thru date" on the on an excel sheet generated in the "Policy Report Scheduler" tab under the "issued" tab.

Seems to take a day for report to come back though.
