I may have a potential client who went out of the country and came back. He did not have a health plan
prior to leaving the country. Now he is back and wants to enroll to MAPD ; he has 60 days (from date of his arrival) to enroll, correct? He has no medi-caid for SEP - just straight Part A and B.
Anything else should I know on this type of process?
