Envision PDP good with independent pharmacy participation?

so is the drug free then? I am seeing 46.80 as the VA premium for the plan.

Envision considers the non Medicare formulary drug a Tier 3 or 4, in their plan, (I am not looking at the site right now) so the deductible and Tier copay apply.

In the plan finder supplementary star information, they get 5 stars for accuracy of pricing information provided to the website and 4 stars for improvement in the drug plan's performance.
