Is anyone else having MAJOR issues every time Applied Systems performs an "update"? We have had major issues with automated marketing campaigns (things that drive renewal notices etc) being inexplicably shut down. In most cases we have had to go back and recreate days worth of work only to have them shut down again.
Their customer support has thus far been maddening. Is anyone else going through this?
